My approach is different
My background in strategic advertising taught me to notice the subtle patterns that drive human behavior — the stories people tell themselves and the unspoken signals that shape their choices. I bring this insight into therapy, helping clients uncover hidden patterns and untangle the stories that keep them stuck.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Hypnotherapy, Schema Therapy, Shadow Work, Inner Child work and the latest research on neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to rewire and heal. My integrative approach means we tailor our work to what works best for you, rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model. I believe in equipping you with practical tools to manage day-to-day challenges while also going deep to address the root causes — helping you heal from the inside out. Whether you’re navigating trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship issues, or simply need someone who can truly listen without judgment, our sessions are designed to help you understand your patterns, build resilience, and create lasting change.

Hi, I'm Tulika
Coming from an advertising background, I’ve always been drawn to the stories people carry — especially the ones they don’t say out loud. In therapy, we make space for those untold stories and gently untangle the patterns they’ve created.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me exploring ideas — about psychology, resilience, and what it means to be human. My 2 kids remind me of that every day and I love it!
